For over 30 years we have been engaged for production of metal accessories for building, navy, auto or furniture industries. The project office i equipped with the most updated instruments to give all the answers about mechanical working. Cooperating closely with the productive and teh tooling plants, they project all the instruments and the dies. Quality control is guaranteed by a metro locical laboratory and by several measure check ments that run by software for the statistical analysis of the process. Besisdes the different precision instruments, the metrological laboratory has an optical gage a hardometer and thickness gauge. The tooling unit is equipped with machine tools indispesable to grant mainenance of the machonery and provide the construction of any kind of dies. The machine tools also provide for regeneration of internal equipment. We have milling machines, surface and cylindrical grinding, furnaces for healt treatments and two EDM plants. The producing unit consist in presses with 10 up to 260 Ton power for pressing sheet metal, supported by both pneumatic and electronic feeders. There are forming presses, bar cutting machines, rolling machines and presses for pressing the wire with 2 up to 5 points for precise manufactures. Also tapping machines, welding sets, washing line for small parts are present.
